  11.        Can anyone ID this modem and hopefully even give me a good modem
  12. string for it?  I have a feeling that it some sort of Hayes modem cause
  13. it has a sticker on the modem that says Hayes. On that same sticker it says
  14. 5609AM DOC LOAD #7.  There is another sticker on that side that says...
  15. Industry Canada, 2190 5962 A.  On the inside of the modem (internal modem)
  16. It says v.34B 3009AM V1.0.   SO what kind of modem is this and do I have the
  17. firm ware of the modem?  Cause once in a while when I hand up the modem,
  18. It locks up and I can't access the modem without a cold boot.
